A poor, young, and bored boy named Milo suddenly finds a tollbooth in his living room, his whole world suddenly changes. The Phantom Tollbooth, written by Norton Juster, is a 257 page book filled with outstanding characters and exciting surprises. Milo has nothing to do until he meets up with a dog name Tock that ticks, two princesses name Rhyme and Reason, 2 brothers that never agree with anything, and so many more "people!" Milo has to rescue the two princesses but until he accomplishes that, he has to go through many obstacles with the help of all his friends along the way.
